- Florida Senior wins big at WSOP
Harold Angle, a 78 year-old Florida resident who has been playing poker for more than 60 years has won his first major tournament, which just happened to be the WSOP Senior tournament in which 3,141 other seniors also entered.

Jose-Luis Velador has just become the newest member of the multiple WSOP bracelet club when he picked up the win in the $2,500 Pot Limit Hold'em/Omaha event of this years' World Series of Poker. This was Velador's 9th WSOP cash which brings his career winnings to over $1M.

Jeffrey Papola beat Men 'The Master' Nguyen in the 32nd event of the 2010 WSOP, $5,000 No Limit Hold'em/Six Handed, to win his first gold bracelet and $667K.
- Russian player wins $1,500 HORSE event
Congratulations to Moscow native Konstantin Puchkov for winning the 31st event of the 2010 WSOP, the $1,500 HORSE game in which 828 players started the game which had a prize pool of more than $1.1 Million.

The third of seven $1,500 No Limit Holdem WSOP events has completed with almost 2,400 players entering for their chance to grab some of the $3.2 Million prize pool. Mike Ellis of the United Kingdom was the last player standing and walks away with his first gold bracelet and his 6th WSOP cash.
- Keikoan wins Limit Holdem World Championship
Former California poker prop turned pro player, Matt Keikoan has won the 29th event of the 2010 WSOP and is now the Limit Holdem Champion of the world. This was the 2nd WSOP bracelet Keikoan has won, and along with the jewelry he takes home almost half a million dollars.
- Canadian Proulx wins WSOP Event #28
Congratulations to Canadian poker player Miguel Proulx for winning the $2,500 Pot Limit Omaha event of the 2010 World Series of Poker. Not only did Proulx win his first gold bracelet, he went home with more than $315,000.
- Second WSOP Bracelet for David Warga
In the Casino Employees Event of the 2002 World Series of Poker, David Warga won his first gold bracelet. Last week, in the 27th event of the 2010 WSOP, Warga picked up his second bracelet along with more than $200,000.

Professional poker player, William Haydon, from San Francisco has won his first WSOP bracelet and made his 2nd WSOP cash, taking home more than $600,000 after winning the $2,500 No Limit Holdem Six handed game.

The $10,000 Omaha Hi/Lo Split 8 or Better championship game had just 212 entrants but it was jam packed with big pros. Late in the second day of Event #25, it was Mike Sexton who became the bubble boy being eliminated in 10th place and just missing another final table.
